Brauer ArnicaEze Arnica Oral Spray delivers Arnica montana 6C in a pocket-sized 20ml spray. Arnica is traditionally used in homoeopathic medicine to help relieve bruising, strains, sprains and aching muscles, so this spray may help ease muscular pain after sport, heavy work or overexertion. It is easy to carry and suits adults and children from 2 years.

How to Use
Adults and children over 12: 4 sprays. Children 2 to 12 years: 2 sprays. Spray under the tongue every half hour for the first 4 doses, then every 4 hours until symptoms ease.
