We offer FREE Delivery for orders over $100 Otherwise our standard Postage and Handling Fee is only $12
At www.thevitaminsshoppe.com.au we use Australia Post for most deliveries. However in some cases, a courier may be used within the Sydney Metro area.
Standard delivery is subject to normal Australia Post Delivery times. This is best suited for PO Box addresses and where the delivery is not required urgently. Please allow 2 to 10 working days for delivery.
*Parcels weighing over 3kg May incur Extra Freight Charges for orders to Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania. If unsure Please use “Contact us” form to confirm Shipping Charges.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to rural locations or Western states.
Delivery delays may be incurred due to public holidays or industrial action experienced by Australia Post. While www.thevitaminsshoppe.com.au will always endeavour to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, these delays may be beyond our control.

Our Customer’s Delivery Address
It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is likely to be home during business hours. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please check with your local post office as your parcel could be waiting for you.
Failure of Delivery
www.thevitaminsshoppe.com.au is not responsible for failure of delivery of an order by Australia Post after dispatch.
Return To Sender
All Parcels returned to sender (www.thevitaminsshoppe.com.au) due to incorrect Address supplied by the customer, Acceptance Refusal, or unclaimed from post office will incur a $12 return fee. Customers who wish to have their parcel resent to them, will need to pay a re-postage fee (on top of the return fee).

Postage costs may very depending on weight and volume. If your order exceeds the maximum weight for the $9.95 postage, we will contact you via the email address supplied prior to your order being dispatched. Please ensure that your email address is valid for contacting you.

Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of our products. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, and duties.
Countries we cannot ship to are France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Nigeria and Spain.
If an order is seized by customs, then the purchaser assumes the cost of the shipping. When product is received back at www.thevitaminsshoppe.com.au we will refund you for the product, less shipping costs.
We cannot give an exact shipping cost because the shipping weight is calculated on the final packed shipment weight.
