Martin & Pleasance Homoeopathic Complexes Headache Relief Spray is a 25ml oral spray combining homoeopathic ingredients with Schuessler tissue salts. It is traditionally used for the relief of headaches and associated symptoms, including throbbing, dull, sick and nervous tension headaches. Ingredients

Active Homeopathic Ingredients: Arnica montana 6X, Strychnos nux-vomica 12X, Spigelia anthelmia 4X, Sanguinaria canadensis 4X and Natrium chloratum 6C

Active Tissue Salts Ingredients: Kali Phosphoricum 12X and Mag Phosphoricum 6X

Non- active Ingredients: Contains ethanol. Lactose free.

How to Use

Spray under the tongue. One dose is 4 sprays for adults and 2 sprays for children aged 2-12. Acute use: 1 dose every 30 minutes until symptoms ease, up to 4 doses, then continue with 1 dose four times a day (maximum 8 doses daily). Maintenance: 1 dose four times daily. For best results, use 10 minutes apart from food and brushing teeth.
