The 120-capsule pack of BioCeuticals InNatal gives a longer supply of this prenatal multivitamin for the preconception, pregnancy and breastfeeding stages. The formula supplies a wide range of nutrients in demand during these times, including activated B vitamins that assist energy production, and uses a split daily dose to keep capsules small and easier to swallow.

- Daily folic acid before conception and in pregnancy may help reduce the risk of neural tube defects including spina bifida

Warnings
Do not exceed the stated dose unless advised by a doctor. This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses; do not exceed 150 mcg per day for adults from supplements. Seek medical advice before use if you take warfarin or have previously had a baby with a neural tube defect. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
