Description
BioCeuticals InNatal is a prenatal multivitamin for women planning a pregnancy, expecting or breastfeeding. It helps meet the higher nutritional needs of these stages with a broad range of researched nutrients, including activated B vitamins. This pack holds 60 capsules, taken as a divided daily dose so each capsule can be smaller.
Key Features
- 500 mcg of vitamin B9 per daily dose as folinic acid and MTHF, the activated forms of folate
- Folic acid taken for a month before conception and during pregnancy may help reduce the risk of neural tube defects such as spina bifida
- Iodine, choline and zinc to support healthy foetal and baby development
- 1000 IU vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 (MK-7) for strong bones
- Vegetarian friendly; no added dairy, gluten, shellfish or soy protein
Warnings
Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. Contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses; adults should not exceed 150 mcg of selenium a day from supplements. Do not take with warfarin without medical advice. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect, seek specific medical advice. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
