Warnings

Contains vitamin A; above 3000mcg retinol equivalents it can cause birth defects, so consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant or planning pregnancy. Contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses; adults should not exceed 150mcg daily from supplements. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. Not suitable for people with Wilson's disease, and take care with blood clotting disorders. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
