Warnings
Use with caution if you have gastric ulcers or reflux, and speak with a health practitioner before use if you have gallstones. High doses of ginger are not recommended for children under 6. Stop daily doses of more than 10g of ginger a week before major surgery. Products containing xylitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your healthcare practitioner.
