Bioclinic Naturals RelieFibre is a soluble dietary fibre powder made from organic partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG), using the Taiyo Sunfibre ingredient. It provides a concentrated source of prebiotic fibre in a minimally processed form. Because it has no taste, colour or smell, it can be stirred into water, food, drinks or other supplements without changing their texture or flavour. The pack contains 200g.

How to Use
Mix 1 scoop (5g) into 250ml of water, once or twice daily.
Warnings
Do not take the powder on its own; always mix it with food or liquid. Increase your fibre intake gradually and drink more fluids as you do.
