Made with Lemon Balm and organic Chamomile, herbs with a long tradition of use for easing sleeplessness and nervous tension, it comes in a 100mL bottle with a measuring device for accurate dosing.

How to Use
6 months to 2 years: 2mL. 2 to 4 years: 4mL. 5 to 9 years: 6mL. 10 to 14 years: 8mL. Give the recommended amount up to 3 times daily, with one of the doses given 30 minutes before bedtime.
