Martin & Pleasance Cravings Relief is a 25ml oral spray from the Homoeopathic Complexes range. It blends homoeopathic ingredients with Schuessler tissue salts, traditionally used to relieve symptoms of excessive hunger and cravings for sugary or fatty foods and cigarettes. How to Use

Spray under the tongue. Adults: 1 dose is 4 sprays. Children 2–12 years: 1 dose is 2 sprays. Acute: 1 dose every 30 minutes until symptoms ease, up to 4 doses, then 1 dose 4 times daily (maximum 8 doses a day). Maintenance: 1 dose 4 times daily. Take 10 minutes away from food and teeth cleaning.
