Returns and Refunds
Refund and Return Requests:
To initiate a refund or replacement under any circumstances, kindly submit your request within 3 days of receiving your order, inclusive of any missing products. Requests made beyond this period will not be considered.
Please be aware that, due to the delicate nature of temperature-sensitive items, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind.
Conditions for Refund or Replacement: A refund or replacement may be considered in the following situations:
- Faulty Product: If you receive a product with manufacturing defects. (Please note that changes in taste or appearance do not necessarily indicate a faulty product.)
- Transit Damage: In cases where the product is damaged during transit, approval is subject to our discretion.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from your order.
- Ordering Error/Change of Mind: If you've ordered a product incorrectly or have had a change of mind.
Conditions for Approved Refunds or Replacements:
- In the event of an approved refund or replacement requiring the return of the original product, it must reach us within 3 days in a condition suitable for resale.
- Products damaged during transit due to inadequate packaging will qualify for a replacement or refund.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed upon receiving the original product (if required), and refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Approved returns should be clearly labeled with the sender's name and order number. A reply-paid service address will be provided only after approval.
Note Regarding Change of Mind Returns: For change of mind returns, there will be a $12 deduction from the refund to cover delivery charges. This will be communicated by our customer service consultant.
Refund or Replacement Exclusions: No refund or replacement will be provided under the following circumstances:
- The product has been opened.
- Returned goods are damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.
- Issues related to product reaction, taste, appearance, or consistency.
- Delivery delays or errors in the provided delivery information.
- Authority to leave without a signature, resulting in a missing parcel.
- Temperature-sensitive products exposed to undesirable temperatures post-delivery.
- Products marked with price tags or other markings.
