Ayuna Triphala is an Ayurvedic combination of three different fruits used traditionally for healthy digestion and excellent rasayana dravya (rejuvenating herbal combination).

EACH VEGETABLE CAPSULE CONTAINS:
Emblica officinalis (dry extract equal to 900mg)	300mg
Terminalia belerica (dry extract equal to 400mg)	100mg
Terminalia chebula (dry extract equal to 700mg)	200mg

Adults: Take 1-3 capsules each day with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. 

Children over 12 years: Take one capsule daily with food. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional
