Description

• A herbal formula that is indicated for use as a stimulant laxative.
• This specific combination is effective for the short-term relief of constipation and to promote healthy bowel movements.

Each tablet contains:

Senna (Senna alexandrina) extract 60mg Equivalent to dry leaf 240mg Standardised to hydroxyanthrecene glycosides calculated as sennoside B 3mg Cascara sagrada (Frangula purshiana) (stem bark) powder 130mg Standardised to hydroxyanthrecene derivatives calculated as cascaroside A 5.46mg Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) (root) powder 40mg Gentian (Gentiana lutea) (leaf) powder 5mg Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) (leaf) powder 15mg Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) oil 1.2mg

Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Drink plenty of water. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Do
not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are
taking medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance, have acute stomach irritation, inflammation,
stomach or duodenal ulcers, hypokalaemia, high blood pressure, kidney or cardiovascular disorder, abnormal constrictions of the
gastrointestinal tract, potential/existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease, undiagnosed
rectal bleeding, or severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you
have faecal impaction, fever, liver disorder, gallstones, anaemia, or if you are taking cardiac or anti-arrhythmic medications. If
symptoms persist consult your health care practitioner.

Consumption of actual licorice root during pregnancy may harm a child's developing brain. Stimulant laxatives should be avoided
in pregnancy.
