Opti D3 & K2 contains highly bioavailable and bioactive MenaQ7® K2 combined with vitamin D3 to create an optimal formula that supports bone health and density. Vitamins D3 and K2 play a key role in the development and maintenance of bone health and strength, as well as in supporting bone mineralisation. Vitamin D helps calcium absorption, and a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life. Opti D3 & K2 also helps support artery health and muscle function.

• Contains 180 micrograms of vitamin K2 Menaquinone-7 (MK-7). MK-7 has a longer half-life than other forms of vitamin K2 resulting in more stable serum levels (7-to-8-fold) and higher accumulation levels during prolonged intake.
• Contains 1000 IU of vitamin D3 to increase serum and storage levels of vitamin D.
• MK-7 has superior extra-hepatic distribution to other forms of vitamin K and has been associated with lower risk of fractures and higher bone mass density.
