Blackmores Bio Magnesium is a high dose tablet that may reduce muscle cramps, tension and stiffness when dietary intake is inadequate. The one-a-day formula may also support heart, bone and nervous system health.

Magnesium phosphate (magnesium 36mg)	175mg
Total magnesium	301.5mg
Calcium ascorbate dihydrate (ascorbic acid, vitamin C 38.4mg)	50mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6)	50mg
Colecalciferol (vitamin D3 100IU)	2.5mcg
Manganese amino acid chelate (manganese 4mg)	40mg
