This 'acetylated' form is more soluble and more stable than L-cysteine which plays and important role in the production of he free radical fighter, Glutathione.Each gram of powder contains 1g of N-Acetyl-Cysteine.Healthy individuals over 15 years of age: Mix 1g of NAC with water or a beverage of your choice first thing in the morning or before bed.This product is not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and an appropriate physical training or exercise program.
