Each capsule contains:
Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (ATCC 53103)	10 Billion CFU
Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04	1 Billion CFU
Colecalciferol (VitashineTM) (500 IU)	12.5 μg

Excipients: Leucine, colloidal anhydrous silca, microcrystalline cellulose, Vcaps® vegan capsules (hypromellose, purified water).
Incidental minor excipients: Acacia, d-alpha-tocopherol, fractionated coconut oil, liquid glucose, silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate.

Vegan friendly. Free from: gluten, lactose, egg, corn, soy, magnesium stearate, sulfites, maltodextrin.
Adult/Child Dose: Take one capsule daily for general immune system, digestive system and microbiome support. Take two capsules  daily to boost the immune system and reduce the occurrence and  severity of common colds and flu, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Mix into water or your favourite smoothie and consume immediately.
