He Deep Sleep Formula has been traditionally used in Western and Chinese medicine to induce sleep, relieve restlessness, promote refreshing sleep and reduce disturbed sleep.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Each tablet contains:
Extracts equivalent to dry:
Ziziphus jujuba seed (Ziziphus)	5g
Passiflora incarnata herb top (Passionflower)	1g
Prunus cerasus fruit (Sour Cherry)	600mg
Vitamins and minerals:
Magnesium citrate      equiv magnesium 30mg	186mg
Magnesium glycinate      equiv magnesium 23mg	188mg
Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate       equiv. pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 850 micrograms	1.2mg

NATURALLY DERIVED EXCIPIENTS:
Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate and carnauba wax.

Free from wheat, gluten, dairy animal products.
Take 2 tablets in the evening, 30 minutes before retiring to sleep.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. 
Discontinue use if you develop sensitivity to the formula.
Do not use if tamper-evident seal is broken.
Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after taking a tablet as drowsiness may occur.
