Each 5ml dose contains:
Active Ingredients
Menaquinone 7 (Vitamin K2)	20mcg
Colecalciferol	12.5mcg
equiv. Vitamin D3	500IU

Adults: 1.8mL (3 pumps) under the tongue for 5 seconds before swallowing and take once a day.

Not suitable for children under 18 years.
