Description

B Vitamin support without folate or vitamin B12 so you can supplement with those separately. Starter B contains active forms of Vitamin B2 and vitamin B6. It also contains Nicotinamide (Niacin), which is involved in approximately 200 enzymatic reactions in the body and Riboflavin which is involved in the activation of folate.

Each capsule contains:
Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1)      equiv. thiamine 50mg	56mg
Riboflavin sodium phosphate (Vitamin B2)	25mg
Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3)	130mg
Calcium pantothenate (Vitamin B5)      equiv. pantothenate 180mg	196mg
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate (Vitamin B6)      equiv. pyridoxine 15mg	22mg
Biotin	500mcg

Other ingredients: Ascorbyl palmitate, vegetable capsule (cellulose and water)

Free of soy, corn, egg, dairy, GMO, fish, shellfish, nuts or prebiotics
Take one per day after breakfast.
Begin with Starter B for 2 weeks before introducing Vitamin B12.
Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate.
