Nature’s Sunshine Vitamin C 1000 Time Release with Bioflavonoids gradually supplies vitamin C throughout the day that may help support immune system health and reduce the duration of the common cold.

Each tablet contains:
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)	1g (1000mg)
Rose hips (Rosa canina) dry fruit powder	20mg
Citrus bioflavonoids	5mg
Rutin	5mg
Hesperidin	5mg

Vegan friendly. No added gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, animal products, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
