NaturoBest Sleep & OestroSupport PM Formula is specifically formulated to support people who may be experiencing difficulty getting to sleep.  It may be used in combination with Stress & Sleep PM Formula.

Hops is used in this formulation, a herb often used in sleep formulas, that is also oestrogenic.  This makes it ideal for women who are going through menopause or women trying to conceive who have low oestrogen levels.

If you are a woman who has low oestrogen levels or are suffering sleep issues and night sweats associated with menopause, we recommend taking this formula at night in combination with Stress & OestroSupport AM Formula, which is taken during the day.

Each daily dose (2 capsules) contains
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian)	175mg
equiv. root dry	1.7g
Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract	94.67mg
equiv. flower dry	710mg
Salvia officinalis (Sage) extract	90mg
equiv. leaf dry	900mg
Zizyphus jujuba (Zizyphus) extract	66.67mg
equiv. dry seed	2g

Other ingredients: calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, ascorbyl palmitate, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica and maltodextrin.
Take 2 capsules before bed.
