Description
Orthoplex Rapid D has been formulated using Calcifediol, a more potent, soluble and bioavailable form of vitamin D. With a higher rate of intestinal uptake, Calcifediol is absorbed into the portal vein circulation and bypasses liver hydroxylation, increasing vitamin D levels up to three times more efficiently than standard vitamin D.

Excipients

Adult Dose
Take 1 tablet daily or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. Use in children under 9 years is not recommended.
Warning
Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your 1st trimester.
Calcifediol may have similar effects to vitamin D. Consult your health care professional before taking in combination with other medicines or in combination with supplements containing vitamin D.
