However, in vitro research has indicated that it is also important to ensure that the Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG strain itself is sourced and produced correctly - the manufacturing process may create strain differences that can affect therapeutic properties and therefore, clinical outcomes.

Infants and Children:
½ -1 capsule daily into liquid or solid food & consume immediately*
*For infant & child dosing open capsule & sprinkle onto food or mix into breast milk or formula.
Adults:
1 capsule daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner
