Agiofibe contains an optimal balance of insoluble and soluble fibre, to support healthy bowel function and regular bowel movements. Agiofibe is a high quality dietary fibre supplement that is well tolerated and used worldwide to support bowel health.
Each 5g (approx. 1 teaspoon) contains psyllium in the form of:  psyllium seeds dry 3.25g and ispaghula husk 0.11g
