Magnesium & taurine complex for muscle, energy and nervous system support

Muscle & Cell contains nutrients to support energy production, nervous system health, bone health and muscle function and relaxation. It relieves muscle cramps when dietary intake of magnesium is inadequate. Contains a chelated form of magnesium combined with the conditionally essential amino acid taurine. 
Each tablet contains magnesium amino acid chelate 750mg, equiv. to elemental magnesium 150mg and taurine 400mg.     
           
Muscle & Cell contains no added gluten, wheat, dairy, corn, egg, yeast, sesame, peanuts or tree nuts, artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners.  
Adults: Take 2 tablets daily, with water.
