ReDormin Forte contains a clinically researched combination of Valerian and Hops, referred to as Ze 91019. This exclusive formula has been clinically trialled to relieve sleeplessness and help restore healthy sleep patterns. ReDormin Forte is used worldwide to help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer and wake refreshed. 
Each tablet contains specific extract (Ze 91019) containing Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) 500mg, equivalent to dry root 2.50g, and Humulus lupulus (Hops) 120mg, equivalent to dry flower 720mg. 

Vegetarian and vegan friendly product. ReDormin Forte contains no added gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, soy, yeast, sesame, peanuts or tree nuts, genetically modified ingredients, nature identical flavours, colours or sweeteners.

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet 1 hour before bed, with water, or as directed by your health professional.
