Henry Blooms Cholesterol Balance is a 200g powder of pure beta-glucan, a soluble fibre researched for its ability to help reduce blood cholesterol. It is unflavoured, unsweetened and free from additives, so it can be stirred into food or drinks without changing their taste.

How to Use
Add 1 tablespoon (about 14g) to meals or drinks.
Ingredients
Oat bran powder (containing 21.4% beta-glucans).
Directions
Add 14 g (approx. 2 tablespoons) to food or beverages. Consume immediately as it may thicken on standing. 14 g is equivalent to 3 g beta-glucan.
Warnings
Do not use if tamper evident cap is missing or broken. Store below 30°C away from heat and direct sunlight. Protect from humidity.
