Henry Blooms Selenium Forte 150mcg can help reduce the visible signs of ageing by preserving tissue elasticity. Selenium is a compound of an important antioxidant which helps protect cells and tissues against the damaging effects of free radicals. Factors such as pollution, radiation, cigarette smoke and herbicides can create an abundance of free radicals which can lead to premature ageing.

Each capsule contains:
Selenium (as Selenomethionine)	150 mcg

 

No added gluten, wheat, yeast, animal products, lactose, milk derivatives, sugar, salt, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Adults:
Take 1 capsule daily.
Caution:

• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
