Herbal extract equivalent to dry:
Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari) root	2g

Adults: Take one capsule twice a day, or as professionally prescribed.
Cautions:
Not recommended while pregnant or breast feeding.
Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
