Manufacturing Excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, disodium edetate, gellan gum, hypromellose, leucine, potable water, potassium acetate
Incidental Excipients: Acacia, dl-alpha-tocopherol, maize starch, sucrose.
Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
Warnings:
If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micorgrams retinol equivalents for men. If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, or if symptoms persist talk to your healthcare practitioner.
Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].
Vitex agnus-castus can affect hormones in the body and may interact with prescription medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health care professional before use.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
