Legalon contains a clinically researched extract of Silybum marianum (Milk thistle) MZ 80. This patented formula has been shown in clinical studies, and used by millions of people worldwide, to protect the liver, and to support healthy liver function and the body's natural detoxification processes. 
Each capsule contains Silybum marianum (Milk thistle) extract dry conc. (MZ 80) 180mg, equivalent to min. dry fruit 7.2g, standardised to silymarin 140mg. 

Legalon contains no added gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, soy, yeast, sesame, peantuts or tree nuts, genetically modified ingredients, artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners.

Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, with water, or as advised by your health professional.      
                                  
For best results take for a minimum of 2 months.
